You make and submit your own decisions and actions regarding your credit. If we refer you to any self-service or third-party platform to work on your credit, that platform is operated by the third party under its own terms, and we are not responsible for its actions or results.

We never guarantee a specific credit score, approval, item removal, or financial result. Your outcome depends on your own actions, your credit history, and factors outside our control.

Our content, sessions, products, and coaching are for educational and informational purposes. They are general in nature and are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice tailored to your situation.

Using our website or Services does not create a CPA, attorney, fiduciary, or registered investment advisor relationship. We provide tax strategy and financial education, and engaging us for these Services does not make us your accountant, attorney, or financial advisor unless we sign a separate written engagement that says so.

All insurance applications are subject to carrier underwriting and approval. We do not guarantee approval, rates, or that any policy will be issued. Coverage takes effect only when the carrier issues the policy and any required premium is paid.

Insurance products are provided by the carriers under their own terms, and the carrier, not Chanell Helps LLC, is responsible for paying claims.

All digital product sales are final.
Because digital goods are instantly delivered and cannot be “returned,” we offer no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
